MINNEAPOLIS – Members of the public are invited to share their thoughts on the Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) Superintendent search process and the finalist candidates following the next round of interviews on Dec. 3. Individuals will have up to three minutes in which to address the Minneapolis Board of Education.
          What:     Public comments on the MPS Superintendent search
          When:    Thursday, Dec. 3
                           Beginning at 5:30 p.m.
          Where:  Davis Service Center
                           1250 W. Broadway Ave.
                           Minneapolis, MN 55411
From 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, the Board will interview the three finalist candidates: Charles Foust, Michael Goar and Sergio Paez. The interviews will be televised on Ch. 15 and live streamed at bit.ly/20XJQGR.
Minneapolis community members are also invited to meet with candidates and ask questions during a community reception at Webster Elementary on Dec. 2 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. On Dec. 7, the Board will meet to identify and select its preferred candidate.
