As part of Minneapolis Public Schools’ strategic planning process, efforts have been stepped up to have every child college ready. Part of this goal is to provide students with a seamless transition from the middle grades to high school, and then to college. MPS provides middle grades students with the academic, emotional and social supports to meet the various needs of our adolescent students.
